Trainer in the Park makes you aware of both your physical strenght and the limits of your body. That's why we start each cycle by testing your current strenght with a set of excercises. After ten training sessions we repeat the test: you will be stunned by your improvement!

Each lesson consists of a variety of interval and circuit training excercises, not one session is like the previous one so you will never get bored. You will train on your level, which makes Trainer in the Park suitable for each entry level. It also serves as an excellent tool for teambuilding. Enquire about options to train with your company.
